Which system is right for you?
Take our short quiz to find out which destination control system is best for your building.
-
1
Are the majority of the people entering your building regular tenants or infrequent visitors?
-
2
Do all of the elevators in your building serve every floor?
-
3
Does your building have multiple tenants or a single occupant?
-
4
Do your building's elevators experience high demand in the mornings, at lunchtime, and at the end of the day?
-
5
Do you need to improve traffic flow in your existing building quickly and efficiently, with minimal disturbance to tenants?
A hybrid DCS might be best for you. It is ideal for buildings where all elevators serve every floor, and excellent for single-tenant buildings where people move frequently between floors. It also provides a quick, efficient way to modernize existing buildings, while minimizing disturbance to tenants.
A traditional DCS might be best for you. It is ideal for buildings with multiple tenants, uneven floors, transfer floors, or a complex lobby arrangement. Regular tenants will quickly familiarize themselves with the system, choosing their destination before even entering the car.
